Environmental Policy

The basis of the environmental policy of our company is the minimization of the consequences of our operations to the environment.

2. The environmental-friendly management of liquid and solid waste, as well as, control and reduction of gas emissions from the company‘s operations.
3. The rational use of energy resources, operations’  optimisation for lower energy consumption and creation of the platform for easier future use of “green” energy sources.
4. To control  noise emission levels from the plant,  as well as from the means of transportation.
5. To minimize the dangers from fuel leakages and to make the necessary actions deal with and/or to prevent  fire.
6. The use of means of production and trasnportation based on modern environmental friendly technology ,when possible.

 Το achieve the previous goals, INOMAK S.A.: 

• Has adopted the EN14001 International standard for Environmental Management certified by EQA.  Its practices are applied to all company’s activities that may interact with the environment.
• Continuously provides adequate resources for the Environmental Management System: know-how, equipment, trained personnel.
• Established environmental related goals, whose achievement  is being monitored, reviewed and  evaluated on a regular basis.
• Is commited to continuously improve the operation and effectiveness of its Environmental Management System.
